Refund and Return Policy

We want you to love your order. For hygiene and safety reasons, eye-area products can only be returned if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

• Return window: within 5 days of delivery, for unused/unopened items.
• Damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or refund.
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method (or via bank transfer for COD orders) within 7–10 business days of approval.
• Return shipping: for a damaged or wrong item we cover return shipping; for a change-of-mind return, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
